DESCRIPTION : These are breath taking! They are Chinese made Glass beads that are in the shape of a faceted rectangle- the facets are off center so it gives the effect of a slight twist. They have been finished with Fire polishing (see bottom of page for definition of Fire polishing). This makes then look liquid and the light plays amazingly on them.

You can expect that a few of the beads on the strand may have few tiny air bubbles scattered, trapped inside the glass or small flaws from during manufacture- these have been priced to take that into account.

Fire Polish Faceted glass beads heated to a high temperature which produces a clean, glossy surface thus polishing with fire.
