DESCRIPTION : Fantastic economical glass beads that have been lacquered in a metallic finish- very similar to Faux glass pearls but the colour hasn't got the same depth and they aren't as high a pearl lustre. They are an inexpensive filler bead perfect for many craft applications including jewellery making, xmas decoration making, kids jewellery projects & embellishing other craft projects.

They have a translucent white glass bead core that has been lacquered with metallic colour. The coating is good and even with a lovely shine to it but you may find that the coating comes away around the hole of the bead a tiny bit on some of them (not that many and not that noticeable but just thought I better mention it). I have given them the finger nail scratch test and haven't been able to get any of the finish off so they should wear well on jewellery- & still at this price they are brilliant!
